2.5 Cups of raw sunflower seeds
1 Cup of date paste*
1/4 Cup Salted Caramel Noode
1/4 Cup hulled hemp seeds
1/4 Cup coconut oil
2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of good salt
- Wizz your sunflower seeds in the food processor until you have a coarse crumb.
- Add everything else and pulse until it comes together into a sticky dough.
- Shape into Tbsp. sized balls and roll in a mixture of coconut and hemp seeds
- Store in the fridge.
This makes around 40 large bliss balls. Perfect for lunch prep. Half the amounts if you would like to make a smaller batch.
*Date paste is now readily available in most supermarkets, or if you can not find it simply soak 2 cups of dried dates in boiling water and puree once they are soft.
