The very fine particles mix easily and can be used in baking to boost nutritional content. I made a self-saucing chocolate pudding, replacing some of the flour with this product, and it was delicious! The protein powder couldn't be tasted at all.
Mixes well to form a smooth consistency, and great way to increase the protein in baking. Am grateful to have an option that isn't flavoured or sweetened!
Excellent product, exactly what I was after - a good quality pea protein without all the sweetness and flavouring. Texture is perfectly fine and exactly what you get with any pea protein. The only downside is that serve-for-serve and per gram of protein, it's one of the most expensive unflavoured pea proteins on the market
I have tried many, before finding Noode a truest or so ago, and this is the tops! I keep choc and vanilla on hand :)
I received the trial size together with the vanilla. The vanilla is too sweet for me but I liked the natural and will be buying it for my smoothies. I like that it is one ingredient!! I don’t find it gritty at all and it stops me from getting peckish for hours.
