You don't get that high sugar rush after drinking it.
Delighted with my sample pack .Came in very handy when flying up north with only a carry on bag. Was able to keep up my daily dose without taking up a lot of room.

Overall I like the product. The flavour just needs to actually be "rich" tasting. I have been adding cocoa to it with sweetener to make it taste more like chocolate otherwise it doesnt have a lot of taste.
